We hope you love your purchase, but just in case you don't, we make returns and exchanges nice and easy. To ensure you have a smooth and speedy process, please return the item(s) within 14 days from the date you received them, in unworn/unused condition with labels and packaging intact to;

The cost of return shipping is not covered by LOKI LU and remains the customer's responsibility, unless the product is faulty or the return is due to an error by LOKI LU. As such, we do our best to ensure product descriptions are kept up to date and as accurate as possible. Our friendly staff are always happy to help with any questions prior to purchase.
Orders that fail to meet the minimum shipping spend following a 'change of mind' return is agreed with LOKI LU may incur a re-delivery charge of $8.95 for Australian orders. This is to cover the cost of shipping and handling the original order.
Proof of purchase is required to be submitted to LOKI LU with every return.
WHAT ITEMS CAN BE REFUNDED?
Refunds will only be offered for full priced items and are not available on sale items, discounted items, discounted items purchased using a promo code, swimwear, head wear (due to health regulations), unless they are faulty.
Afterpay orders are non-refundable under all circumstances.
CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS OR ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A PROMO CODE?
Refunds, exchange and credits are not provided for sale items, unless they are faulty. Items purchased with a promo code may be returned for a store credit.
HOW TO RETURN:
Email email@example.com and let us know your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason within 14 days of receipt. If eligible for a return, we will send you a returns form which must be completed, printed and posted back with your return.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Please allow 2 weeks for a return to be processed from the time you ship it back to us.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your order has not yet been processed by means of being packed and shipped, we can organise a credit note.
HOW TO EXCHANGE:
If you wish to exchange your item for something else in our store, simply follow the return procedure above and place a new order through the webshop.
